The Human Resources Office would like to congratulate you on your appointment with Winona State University. We’re glad you’re here! Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the important information below.

Prior to Your First Day

New hires will receive a welcome email from Winona State University Human Resources.  New hires will also receive an email from Minnesota State containing a secure link to create an online profile where personal information will be entered for the payroll system. You must complete the online profile prior to your first day in order to have access when you start.
