Winona State University offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees. Paid Leaves: 
Eligibility for paid leaves such as vacation leave, sick leave, holidays, personal leave, parental leave is directed by the bargaining agreement or personnel plan your position is covered by. Contact the Human Resources Department if you have questions about paid or unpaid leaves.
