Facilities Planning and Construction creates and maintains the architectural fabric and exceptional physical environment supporting WSU’s leading academic role in Southeastern Minnesota.

Home to more than 34 buildings, Facilities Planning and Construction works with the University and outside contractors, consultants and building officials to improve the built environment and to respond to the project needs of the campus community.

Facilities Planning and Construction coordinates efforts to provide professional planning and construction services that guide all physical developments of the campus to support Winona State University’s mission.

As part of Facilities Services, the Facilities Planning and Construction Office is responsible for all capital projects, facility and grounds adaptations and all non-maintenance construction at WSU.
