Code Blue Emergency Alarms

Code Blue alarm systems are located throughout Winona State University. They are easily identified by the cylinder-shaped blue poles. In case of emergency you only need to depress the button on the Code Blue to reach Campus Security personnel. This will summon Winona State University Security to your location. Faculty, students, staff and employees should familiarize themselves with the location of the Code Blues.

Malfunctions and/or faculty Code Blues should be reported to Security immediately (457-5555).

Courtesy Phones

Courtesy telephones are located throughout Winona State University. These phones are to be used by anyone seeking escorts from Campus Security, calling friends to inform them when you expect to arrive home and for any other safety related matter.

The campus community is encouraged to familiarize themselves with the location of courtesy telephones on campus.
