WSU's Math Preparation & Learning Program
Correct mathematics placement and preparation are essential for your success and have the potential to save you both time and money. Your ACT or Accuplacer test score will be used to place you in a mathematics class. Both have limitations that may cause you to be placed in a math class above or below your current abilities.
That is why the College of Science and Engineering has initiated an online program that will help you:

About the ALEKS Program
Our Preparation and Learning Program uses ALEKS, a web-based, artificially intelligent assessment and learning system.
All students in the College of Science and Engineering who are taking their first college math class at WSU are encouraged to take full advantage of this program.
