Discrimination and/or Harassment
Report experiences of discrimination in the terms of conditions of employment, personnel practices, or access to and participation in, programs, services and activities
Incidents could include harassment in such relationships as:
- faculty and student
- supervisor and employee
- student and student
- staff and student
- employee and employee
- other relationships with persons having business at or who are visiting the educational or working environment

Students of Concern
Students of concern include those who:
- Show questionable or suspicious acts or behavior (i.e. anger problems, fascination with weapons, non-compliance/disciplinary problems & violent fantasy content in writings and/or drawings)
- Have knowledge of information or incidents that could cause harm.
- Have knowledge of illegal actions, assaults, and/or drug or alcohol sale or usage
- Are reported by others to express feelings of depression, reduction of self-worth and/or uselessness

Complete a BAIT Report Form.

Student Complaints Against Campus Employees
Complaints or grievances involve improper, unfair, arbitrary, or discriminatory action by an employee involving the application of a specific provision of a university rule/regulation or a Minnesota State board policy or procedure.
