Campus Climate Survey
About the Survey
At Winona State University, we seek to create an environment characterized by openness, fairness, and equal access for all students, staff, and faculty.
A welcoming and inclusive campus climate is grounded in mutual respect, nurtured by dialogue, evidenced by a pattern of civil interaction, and is one of the foundations of our educational model. Creating and maintaining a community environment that respects individual needs, abilities, and potential is critically important.
To provide a more complete perspective, WSU participates in the Diversity and Equity Campus Climate Survey administered by the Higher Education Data Sharing Consortium (HEDS).
This survey is one of the campus climate survey options provided by the Minnesota State Office of Equity and Inclusion. The protocol and questions for all campus climate surveys was developed at the system level.
At WSU, the survey will be available from March 13, 2023 through April 7, 2023. The survey results will be analyzed and summarized by HEDS and shared with the campus stakeholders. These results will inform actions to improve the campus climate.
If you've experienced or witnessed some form of discrimination or harassment, report your concern to the University.
