Ride a Bus


Jefferson Lines offers regular charter bus routes to St. Paul, Minneapolis, Madison, Milwaukee and throughout the Midwest. The College Connection program provides pick-up and drop-up off between college campuses and discounts for current students.

Greyhound Bus also offers routes through Winona to La Crosse, Rochester, Minneapolis and more with pick up right on WSU campus at the Huff Street Bus Stop outside Kryzsko Commons

The Go Airport Shuttle also departs daily to the Minneapolis Airport (MSP). The shuttle picks up at the Huff Street Bus Stop and reservations are required.

Take a Train


Travel home for the holidays or explore the United States with Amtrak.

The Winona station is located just three blocks from Main Campus, and Empire Builder Route trains depart daily for La Crosse, Milwaukee, Chicago, St. Paul-Minneapolis and Fargo.
