Report an Incident or Crime: I Witnessed

WSU uses I Witnessed, a reporting tool that allows individuals to report incidents or crimes -- anonymously if they choose. Those who have been identified as Campus Security Authorities can fill out the CSA form when reporting crimes that have taken place on or near WSU property.

The primary mission of BAIT (Behavioral Assessment & Intervention Team) is to provide support and guidance for faculty, staff and administrators as “students of concern” emerge in classrooms, residence halls, student activities, performances and the greater Winona community.
