Constituency Groups

Reviewing Regulations

The various Constituency Groups coordinate the Regulation review and approval process for the University.

• AFSCME (American Federation of State, County, & Municipal Employees)
• ASF (Administrative Service Faculty)
• IFO (Inter Faculty Association)
• MAPE (Minnesota Association of Professional Employees)
• Student Senate

This includes the following responsibilities:

• Solicit recommendations from the University that may need review or development;
• Establish priorities among the policies that are recommended for review;
• Coordinate the work of the individuals who develop Regulation drafts;
• Ensure a broad-based and comprehensive review of the policy drafts.
