Training & Development Graduate Certificate

The Training and Development graduate certificate program will prepare professionals for both informal training roles as well as in formal employee training and development programs.

This program aims to accommodate adult learners who are working full-time in varying industries, so the course requirements are offered entirely online.

The curriculum includes coursework in the following areas: training theory and application, training with technology, leadership and communication, and educating the adult learner.

These competency areas align with the standards established by the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD)/Association for Talent Development (ATD).
