The Legal Affairs Office serves as the campus liaison to the Office of General Counsel and Minnesota Attorney General Office.
The Legal Analyst is responsible for assisting campus department with contracts and other legal issues such as:
- preparing liability waivers
- approving requests to serve alcohol at events on campus property
- filing tort claims due to injury
The Legal Analyst also serves as the liaison to the Office of General Counsel and Attorney General’s Office regarding campus legal questions and litigation.
